Martin Miller Tasting Notes

Posted: June 13, 2015 in English Gin, Gin

Martin Miller’s Gin 40%

Tasted: Oct 2014

Nose: Very fresh and very junipery! Good complexity with aniseed, angelica, cassia bark, lemon and subtle spices.

Palate: Opens with lime and sweet orange followed by juniper and barky spices.

Finish: Good length with some sweet liquorice and spices coming through.

Conclusion: Not hugely complex, especially on the palate but it does what it does well.
