Philadelphia Distilling Tasting Notes

Posted: April 29, 2014 in American Gin, Gin

Bluecoat American Dry Gin 47%

Tasted: Feb 2014

The nose is quite citrusy and lightly smoked with crisp angelica, juniper and lime. Very fresh and fragrant with a late perfumed flower note.

Very fresh and juniper accented palate with a light citrus peel and angelica note. Good depth with building spices. Good length with lingering earthy spice and a very earthy after-taste. Conclusion: It has a lovely natural feel to it.
